I just killed the Blackhat Badger by mistake since he went aggro on me. Now I cant get my umbrella prosthetic. He didn't respawn even after rest. Do I have to uninstall the game to find the merchant? what do i have to do to get the items?

Hm I never killed him.

But two things try the offering box near the infested trainer NPC.

Box offers items which becomes impossible to get you can likely get the umbrella from there but it will cost increased price compared to buying it from merchants.

I think in the second invasions phase box will offer umbrella even if Blackhat was alive.......due to quest progression.

Worst case you can get it from NG+.

Edit:Quest NPC do not respawn try not to hit them there are quite a few you can attack and ruin their questlines.

I found it near the NPC trainer and purchased it for 2.4k Sen coins. I dont know what else i missed from the merchant.

Merchant sells umbrella and anti death blow text other stuff is generic eg.sugars.
