Mate a Anayama pero el kunai fantasma no aparece en la caja de ofrendas

Lo que paso es que al parecer, asesiné a el buhonero hace mucho tiempo sin darme cuenta que era un mercader con una quest. Pero cuando quiero conseguir el kunai fantasma no aparece en la caja de ofrendas que es donde debería aparecer los items perdidos.¿es un bug? ¿como puedo arreglarlo? ¿puede ser que anayama este en otro lugar y no lo haya matado?

It won't appear in the box because you need to BUY it from him. It won't drop killing him.

Unfortunately, once you killed him when you met him at Harata Estate, of course he would not appear at the Stairway at Ashina Outskirt. And because it is a commodity and not a loot, it will not appear in the offering box.
