Does anybody know how to or a mod that can spawn item?
I just realize that I'm not kill Owl 2 yet I just want his bell for killing him.

Cheat Engine should do the job. Download the software and the Sekiro table and you should be good.

Just a word of warning. I haven't used a MOD to get an item but I have read from posts here that if you get an item using a MOD, you still cannot make progress in the game at the critical moment. Progress of the story is achieved by "flags", like invoking a particular conversation with particular NPC. These "flags" are necessary if you want to achieve all the four different endings.
As far as I can remember, if you just to want fight Owl the Father at Harata Estate, I guess you can do so by getting the bell with a MOD. But I am not sure if you can get the endings related to defeating Owl the Father.
I learnt this from a post where a player got hold of the immortal blade before even talking to Isshin the very 1st time. The player just could not progress in the game, i.e. player just could not have the option to face the four monkeys who guard the Divine Child.
