[SPOILER] About some extra dialogue on the sculptor
Hey guys, I'm on ng+2 and I still can't figure how to get the extra dialogue on the sculptor that allow us to know he is the demon of hatred, rn I've given him all the sake, and I'm about to head to the fountainhead pallace, anyone know how to trigger it, did I already mess up and can't get it at this point or something?

What dialogue are you looking for? He drops tid bits here and there, like how the Buddha's that he carves always have wrathful faces, how the visions the Buddha shows him are always of flames and rage, etc. And then when you fight and free him, all those little puzzle pieces fall into place.

But as far as I know he doesn't have any dialogue that just comes out and says "Yo Wolf, I'm actually a crazy fire demon from hell bro".

I think he is talking about the extra dialogue you can get from the Demon fight itself. There seems to be a way for Sekiro to realize who the demon is, but as far as I know no one knows what decides whether he does or not.

It's not dialogue per se that you're missing, I think there's 1-2 opportunities to eavesdrop on the sculptor (one may be the one that's part of the purification ending).

For me Wolf just outright says "Sculptor" when the fight with the Hatred begins. Is it because I've listened in on something?
That's what folk seem to be trying to work out. I've tried a bunch of stuff including eavesdropping, giving sake to everyone etc. and haven't managed it at all, but I have a friend who got the dialogue on his first playthrough.

Maybe it's an RNG thing.

It's not even that much dialogue that is unique to be worth the hassle of finding out what triggers it.

It's basically just Sekiro acknowledging it once during the fight and once a bit later if you talk to the old woman nearby.

Everything else, what other npc's say and what the old woman says is exactly the same.

you need to eavesdrop a conversation with sculptor and emma talking about the ministry and war and if his hatred is getting weaker.
then you need to talk to him while he is alone and he ask you to do it,since he doesn't want emma to do the deed
