NG+ sake (bug?)

Can you recollect sake in NG+? I gave all available types to Isshin and Sculptor but forgot to give Dragonspring to Emma before Isshin died, and she refused to accept it after that.
Problem is, in NG+ i don't have a prompt to give her the Dragonspring at all, even after i got sake from her to give to healed Sculptor, to whom i can give both Ashina and Dragonspring.
I'm not sure if it's a bug of a sort or if it's supposed to work like that.

Yeah I think you can only give her sake after she moved to Kuro's room but usually, everything possible in NG is possible in NG+. Difference being that when you did your NG run you didn't have any sake to use so you wouldn't have noticed that.
