Mods that make the game easier?
After dying against the same boss about 70 times, I am about ready to call it quits until either a mod that makes the game easier is released or the devs release a game mode for gamers who are not quite as serious. Any mods so I can just progress past this boss? I'm not asking for god mode, just a fighting chance.

Honestly if you want an easier time for Beast/Human type enemies FIRECRACKERS are your best friend. Other then that - learn the boss's moves and act accordingly! :)

There's a Cheat Engine table that can make you unkillable. That's your easy mode mod.

Yeah, I don't really care about achievements. I have tried all of the strategies against this particular boss and just want to progress.
I don't think so.
Obviously u have not tried ALL strategies.
Otherwise u would not have ended up here telling ppl that u r stuck at this boss fight^^
Why not just watch a youtube video since you already gave up? the bragging rights wont be there, you know you cheated and youre not experiencing the game as youre supposed to:steamsad:
Why does it matter if he cheats? Dark Souls got their reputation even when people summoned help and over-leveled their characters.

Only since Bloodborne. In previous games, you didn't have that option of summoning some an overleveled character. And the people not capable of clearing an area without help are usually also the same people that can't fight invaders and alt + F4 when their summon dies.

You could summon NPC phantoms in offline mode also.

And NPC phantoms aren't available for every boss, or only available after doing certain questlines or defeating a certain NPC invader. Also, those phantoms aren't overleveled.

Sure, coop is pretty much Dark Souls' easy mode but everything about that comes with drawbacks, either it's the risk of being invaded by another player who might much better at PvP than you or because the phantoms you've summoned are not good enough to survive the boss, leaving you with a boss that has more health. Relying too much on someone else pretty much playing through the game for you results in you getting your butt kicked real hard once that phantom is gone.

I was talking about overleveling their own characters adding to vitality etc.
Yes npc phantoms are not so powerful as possible player summons in ds3 but it still helps. There's only 1 boss you can get help in Sekiro I think the drunkard.
And I should mention that DS is actually harder than Sekiro if we include the player invasions.
I usually like to play offline though.
Sekiro was the perfect game for me to prove my worth in a way because playing offline felt like cheating. But not everyone wants that, that's what I'm trying to say.

note: Npc phantom on Ornstein & Smough helped me a lot.

And Lone Shadow Vilehand if you turn the enemy that's in the same room with him :)

Puppeting enemies is literally Rapport 2.0. Also if we were going by that logic, the Drunkard in the Woods counts too because there's two ways that you can turn the monkeys against him. The Samurai in front of the Castle too (NG+ only) and the Samurais just before the final boss.

Oh yes, I did that. That was one of the best moments. Good idea to make us think of a tactic. I would like to see more things like that.
Wait wait wait.
You got stuck on Genichiro, Lighting of Tomoe on top of the building?

Come on man. That boss is on the easiest side of the spectrum. If you cant beat him aafter 70 (!) tries, i have no idea what are you even doing playing this game.

I would really like to watch your steam stream and tell you what are you doing wrong in that fight, precisely. Because its gotta be something aboutt your gameplay style that gets you killed.

I cannot believe there is someone that incompetent. Maybe a 70 y.o. old man or my mother but not the guy who...

Actually nevermind. Private hidden level 0 steam account. I smell a troll.

EJECT EJECT EJECT~

In seriousness: i wanted to know your previous games to see if you played any moderately difficult game before.
Also to check if you own Sekiro at all, for that matter.

Probably doesn't know how to reverse the lightning because he couldn't be bothered to read instructions
