i remember hearing about some item that lowers prices, but cant find anything about it on the wiki

livin why do you care about it ? i have 400+ confetti 380 snap seeds and so on ....you will spend zens by the bucket loads just to get rid of them before you loose them all in a boss fight to be honest , plus you can farm most of them all without spending a zen...before you know it you will have tubes of wax coming out of your ears ......god im sick of fn wax drops

Yeah, sen scaling is kinda ridiculous in this game. Items ought as well have been free considering.

There is such an item.
If you do the Ayama the peddler questline and send the dim-witted monk to him, you will find them at the end game in the Outskirts and Ayama will give you a special item that gives you a 10% discount.
You get to keep it in NG+
