Do buffs stack?

For example, right now I have the virtuous deed skill, bell demon, and mibu possession balloon. Do all these buffs stack together for item drop rate, or do they just supercede each other?

I don't see why they wouldn't stack, unless there's some behind the scenes drop rate caps and stuff, but there wouldn't be a way to determine that, nor do I see why they would implement something like that.

It depends on the type of item. Some type of items don't stack for whatever reason, others (like balloons) stack so you can have all of them active.
