Achievement not unlocking

So i beat Owl (Father) in the Hirata Estate after 5 hours of getting my a** kicked in NG+, but for some reason the achievement didn't unlock. Is there anything i can do to unlock it???

Are you playing Sekiro with your Steam account being offline? If so, you may have to do the fight again. There is a bug that is acknowledged by the Dev back in 2019. But after some tries, they couldn't fix it. They blamed it on Steam Client software. And then Steam was blaming FromSoftware, the Dev. So, the bug is never really fixed. However, the bug seems to be random as some people did play Sekiro with their Steam account being offline and then went back online so the progress of the game was registered, thus getting their achievements. But a fair amount of complaints by other players saying that going back online did not solve the problem. I was one of the unfortunate one. I had the final boss to face. Beating him didn't give the achievement for defeating him. I had to do the fight again. So, to be save, make sure your Steam account is online while playing Sekiro.
Alternatively, there is another solution but this involves a 3rd Party software which I have never used. But players on this forum had used it and it seemed to solve the problem. This software is called "Sekiro Achievement Manager". Again, I will not be responsible for anything happening to your computer as a result of using this software.

It happened to me also nice steam and game dev good job on wasting my two days try to defeating this boss then not reward me with the achievement 🔪☠️

I just unlocked my last achievement, but the achievement for all achievements isn't unlocking. there do seem to be cloud sync issues. might still come through?

There is a way to get your achievement but you have to use 3rd party software - Steam Achievement Manager or was it "Sekiro achievement management". You can google it. I had experienced the same problem when I beat the final boss. But fortunately I did manual back up of the saved game files before I started the fight. So, I just restored the saved game file and did the final fight again.

PS Just to confirm. The software is called Steam Achievement Manager. Just remember that it is a 3rd party software. Although it does the job, you never know what other codes are in there. Well, unless you are a programmer.
