What Is Harder Charmless; NG or NG+ ?
Wonna replay Resurrection Mod but charmless this time. Does anyone know if it would be harder to do New Game or New Game Plus charmless?

In NG+ I'd have everything maxed pretty much but enemies also get a slight boost to hp, dmg or whatever.

I kinda like the progression and upgrading of fresh NG though.

Beaten vast majority of the mod just fine. However still did not beat the hirata secret owl father and spear and glock wielding isshin spear saint in that white grass field.
Even with charm on.
Haven't got focus to do those two now so I'm just gonna try a charmless run in meantime.

NG, except for the end of the game.

Once you get to higher levels of NG+, it'll be tougher, though.

I just wonder if you know what charmless mean. The key to this game is perfect parry. If your success rate is higher than 60%, all you need to do is to take your time. You will need to farm a bit more for XP in order to get all the necessary skills to help you along the way. If your perfect parry success rate is 100%, the game is no difference whether you are charmless or not. You see, without the charm, if you mistime the parry, which in Sekiro, it will have the same effect as if you issue a "block" command. This means chip damage to both your health and posture bar. Against minions, you will have not much problem but if against powerful foes, you can get killed after about 3 to 4 mistimed parry, e.g. Genichiro and Owl can totally demolish you. if you are not quite sure what perfect parry is, just search for "perfect parry" in this forum.
As to your question which one is harder, of course, a new game without the Kuro's charm will be harder because in NG+, you will have most of the skills you required, if not all. That is why I said what I said in the beginning of this post. Perfect parry is the key.
