Can't access gauntlet of strenth nor reflections of strength

I beat the game 3 times, both endings. I killed every major boss including the demon of hatred and for some reason not now, not ever did the option to play gauntlet or reflection pop out in those idols. Any idea?

First of all, there are four endings. So, which two endings did you finish the game with? Secondly, for a boss to appear in any of the Gauntlets, you will have to "meet" or discover that particular boss in the normal game first.
Now, there are FOUR Gauntlets of Strength - Divine Heir, Shura, Severance and Mortal Journey. If you have finished the game 3 times, Divine Heir should appear in your Gauntlet of Strength at the Sculptor Idol. The fact that you don't see Gauntlet of Strength at all, it suggests to me that you have started a brand new game from scratch. This will not work. You have to start a NG+ game if you want to start a new game. Divine Heir only has 3 bosses, Gyoubu, Lady Butterfly and Inner Genichiro. As long as you have completed the game (any ending of the four), Divine Heir will show up as you have bound to "meet" these 3 bosses first with any ending. Check at the Sculptor Idol. You should see Gauntlet of Strength there unless you have started a new game from scratch.

One ending i finished with the fight with sword saint isshin and the other fighting emma and this white robed isshin (the shura ending). The third time I played i finished with sword saint isshin too. Every playthrough i did by using NG+. I did meet all 3 bosses you mentioned (gyoubu, lady butterfly and inner genichiro) and it's still not there.

Ok, one thing you can check is in your inventory, of the Sekiro that you are currently playing. Check to see what remnants you have. I apologize that I have not mentioned this before. The presence of those remants register which boss you have defeated. This is the key. The game uses this method to confirm if you have defeated certain boss or not. Now, there is a bug in the game. When playing Sekiro, if your Steam account has gone offline during play for whatever reason, normally, when your Steam account is back online next, your progress will be updated and hence any defeat of any boss will be registered. But because of this bug, your progress may not be updated. However, this bug seems to be random, i.e. it may happen or it may not happen. FromSoftware had registered this bug back in 2019 and they did try to fix the problem but it didn't work. To cut a long story short, the result is that FromSoftware was blaming Steam Client and Steam is blaming Sekiro the software. If you are going for all the achievements, check now if you have got the achievement for the bosses that you have defeated so far. You can do that by matching the presence of the remant to the achievement appeared on Steam, well, your Steam. There is no official fix but there is a 3rd party software called "Sekiro Achievement Manager" which I don't hold any responsibility (I have never used it and I don't need to use it) because it is a 3rd party software. But from the posts that I had read, it seemed to have sorted out the problem for a number of players.
I had suffered the same problem. Back in 2020 and 2021, I have noticed that my Steam account had gone offline by itself even when I had no problem with my internet. So, Steam Client was a bit flaky at the time. But I have manually backup my Sekiro saved game files. I didn't get the very last achievement "Sekiro" for which I only had to defeat Isshin the Sword Saint. I did get the achievement for defeating Isshin the Sword Saint but it didn't give me the final achievement "Sekiro". I just restored the saved game files and fought Isshin Sword Saint again. And eventually, I got it.
So, were you playing the game with your Steam account offline? Please do not mix up with the in game setting of "Network Offline". That is just for those "remnants (purplish blue blobs) on the floor.

I actually fixed it today, it was some skin mode and everything works after deleting it. Thanks for the effort brother
