But we don't have system requirements, that's the best guess I can give.
Going by benchmarks of this very system on the internet, it doesn't seem all that bad. Perhaps Sekiro will have decent settings options for you to run it on the absolute lowest.
He does have a chance of running it, I just doubt he'll get a proper framerate.
And do read the last paragraph of my other post. I mentioned that it is possible for him to run it (after doing a little bit of research on his hardware).
But who knows, everything is possible.
Worst case, if it doesn't run or runs poorly, just refund it :)

because I'm really interested in Sekiro, but I have a pretty weak CPU
Edit: For reference, I could run Dark Souls 3 but it was in slowmotion, so I asked for a refund.
If you couldn't run DS3, no chance on Sekiro.
hm, I'm not sure, people with PC better than mine had problems with DS3
