Benefit of doing reflection of strength?
Do you gain anything from doing it or is it just for the challenge?

Yea I think it's just practice for the Gauntlets (boss rush) mode.

Reflections of Strength are purely for fighting bosses again at your own leisure.

I always thought they gave you reflections of strength so that you could spank the bosses you already beat whenever you get mad you can't beat another boss lol

No, there is no achievement for playing reflection of strength. However, it is the only way to practise fighting a boss or you want to try out different combinations of skills and prosthetic tools. However, the bosses only appear in the list after you have discovered them or come across them. For instance, I have not come across inner Isshin and Inner Father Owl yet so they are not in my list. The only one I have come across is Inner Genichiro with whom I am having trouble defeating. So, I play the reflection of strength and select Inner Genichiro to practise. Oh, sorry, for the three inner bosses, they only appear in the three gaunlet of strength test. If successfully completing each test, you will be rewarded with a new skin or look each. Oh, most importantly, if you succeeded in finishing the first test, you will be rewarded with a new combat skill, the Shura Dance, which everyone seems to say is very very overpowering. Hope this help. Have fun and good luck.
