are firecrackers cheating?
its not really fair that these things work on so many enemies compared to all the other prosthetics and basically give you free damage or healing opportunities as long as your spirit emblem supply lasts.

Why is the trust spear op?
I was just about to make a thread like this (but not asking if it was "cheating"). I'm restarting the game after making it about 2/3rds of the way through and playing it again.

I didn't use the Firecracker at all the first time because I thought it was useless. This time, for kicks, I thought "heh, let's just start spamming the Firecracker..." only to find out that it's a guaranteed flinch on almost everything and everyone. Easy way of killing the shield guys before picking up the axe. Wrecks Gyoubu because he's on a horse. Makes a lot of the larger guys trivial because their flinch animation is so long. It's fantastic.

But no, obviously they are not "cheating". It's just a flinch, and it's limited in use. You can't permastun with it, you still have to know what you're doing.

You know what else works on "so many enemies" and "basically gives you free damage or healing opportunities"? Your sword. It even does damage! And it doesn't have a cooldown! Ridiculous OP BS. Did you know it can instakill enemies even if they're on full health? Imbalanced Kusabimaru cheese.

In my opinion saying that firecrackers or any other shinobi tool are cheating is like saying that stealth deathblows is cheating.
You're a shinobi not a samurai and also is a tool put in the game to be used.
This has to be one of the dumbest questions I've heard surrounding this game.
