Reflection of strenght
Is it me or Boss are harder when you fight them a second time via reflection of strenght ?

I tried to beat Lady Butterfly again, just for fun, and she manages to break my posture every 3 hit or so....it is IMPOSSIBLE . Normally I could parry all her strikes and then retaliate, now it's impossible, I need to dodge back before I finish parrying because my posture is broken. I'm sure it is another ''things that the game don't tell you''.

Reflections of Strength don't use your current stats, but rather some predetermined stat value that's generally lower than what you might have at that point in the game. They're usually therefore harder than the boss battle originally. I think the popup window the first time you unlock reflections alludes to this, but I may be misremembering.

Note that you actually don't get posture broken if you're deflecting perfectly, so you actually won't be posture broken unless you miss a deflection, even while taking more posture damage than normal in the reflections.

Yes, the posture and deflection system is probably the best thing about the game, but they do an extremely poor job of explaining it. This could be intentional but if it is, I don't think I agree with it. The game is just better if you know how to play it, and improving your own skill will come more naturally that way.

Bascially, you can treat the reflections of strength and the gauntlets of strength as without Kuro's charm and equipped with Demon Bell, i.e. you cannot block all the time. And yes, you have to parry/deflect with perfect timing.
