In this ending, after sekiro killed owl and took the second mortal blade. what happened to that mortal blade?

What do you mean? In this ending while you fight Ishin Owl fights Genichiro, when you defeat Ishin there's a cutscene where Owl places something on floor ,in fact it's out of camera Genichiro's head so that's where Owl gets second mortal blade. However when Sekiro kills Owl he can be seen picking up the second blade. He probably uses both mortal blades after becoming Shura. If you need more explanation write.

ik he put genichiros head next to Ishin, I'm asking about the black mortal. Sekiro took the black mortal blade from owl's dead body. I'm asking what happen to it? I was expecting I was able to use the black mortal blade since he picked it up. I'm asking what happen to it. How is that not suffice for you to understand?

He picks it up in the ending cutscene - you don't get to play on after it, so we can only imagine what he ends up doing with it (the part after the credits where you can still explore before going into the next new game cycle isn't canon, so it makes sense you don't get it then)

If you mean in the shura costume, I agree it'd be cool to be able to use the black mortal blade, but that'd just be visual.
