Its a questline that has to do with the kite dragon if i remeber correktly.
Best look it up on a guide i guess. Its aomething you likely wont piece together on your own, like many others including me XD
You are talking about totally different guy that never even appears in Mibu Village.
Here is location -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MoTKR8boxX0&feature=youtu.be
Basket guy mentions it because you can find upgrade item for your prosthetic on the hut but there is no actual "outcast npc" there
Edit: ninja'd, oof
i totally forgot about him
wait a minute, thats Micolash
About the basket guy, he mentiond two people, the "outcast", and the priest, the priest is there, and his house is accessible from the botto of the floor, but I could not ask him (basket) again because he attacked me, which is scripted and activated after finishing the quest in this area... So, I have to check a Walkthrough about MIbu-Village.
Good luck. Wiki has the answers probably.
Thanks, - looks like I did anything. Of course it's about the item! LOL...
Honestly I'm busy fighting and staying alive, literally. That's my main focus at this moment.
where are you now?
I'm not sure this is something special, you know what I mean. But to answer you question, next stop Senpou.
I'm not in a hurry, but honestly - after Mibu -, I can't wait to start Souls III.
The scenery is imo by far the best in the whole game, and they fill it with infinit respawning enemies, so that you cant enjoy it, thats kinda cruel XD
I leveled up a lot at the Outskirts first, and also bought some stuff, they fear fire. And the actual design of the undead is pretty funny. You also can stealth the big ones.
But bottomline is, the game is pretty ambitious, and demanding. If the story and the game art would not that what it is, I don't think I would sacrifice my time for it.
