I was trying stuff like beating the gunman boss with only deflects.
Is the key configuration in the save file or is there a ini file somewhere?
i was a bit pi**ed that it want me to collect all tools and skills again, but as long as you use the homeward idol immediately, after you load your old save (mine was NG3) it seems to work just fine.
my question would be, does the game/mod notice the NG3 difficulty concidering health and attack of the boss? Or do you fight the normal NG version?
where the health bars of the mini bosses as same as long in NG2 and 3 as in the NG game?
I cant really remember.
Just to have some fun with them it will be more than enough.
Maybe i go to much power for some bosses but i compare that with bell and no charm.
It would be cool if you could set your attack power at will and choose the NG+ version of the boss / miniboss.
i love it ... its a must have. some more options would be cool tho.
First here is a link to the mod.

Its easy to install and works fine also with an active save.
Make sure you leave your current save, for example the end after beating sword saint isshin at the dilapidated temple idol.
After installing the mod you sould be able to access any boss / mini boss from here.
You can turn the mod off buy just renaming the foler "bossrush" to "bossrushxxx" so the modmanager file will not be able to activate it. To turn it on rename it again.
However the mod will kinda "corrupt" your savefile. It can deactivate idols and in my case it made it impossilble for me to get access to ashina castle again. My favorite rute in the late game is the Dojo Idol down to the outskirts because i like too fight the Ninjas and the red guard.
So make sure you make a backup copy of your last savegame, and any time you wanna play the regular enemies instead of the bosses you just turn of the mod and change the savefiles in the folder.
Have fun. I will for sure
I had no problems using it and finished all minibosses and bosses i like in two days or so.
Yesterday, True Monk, both Owls, Lady butterfly, and the Guardian ape.
Just Isshin wont die XD he sucks a** with bell and no charm.
Maybe quit this time, i had him three times
thx to the guy that made the boss mod
