All of my Dragon Blood Droplets gone from my inventory
I mean, WTH? I'm near the end game (but not finished yet, I still have a nice chunk to go), and I used one of TEN I have (NINE in my storage) to cure several NPCs of Dragonrot. And now they are ALL gone? What gives?

I tried with an earlier save file, did the same thing, cured the same NPCs of Dragonrot, and the same thing happened? Can anyone tell me what's going on? Is my save file corrupted, or are they meant to disappear at a given point?

not sure but if you rest at a shrine you can get one of them back available to use again. perhaps they are one of those items that cant be used twice, they are stored in your shrine inventory

Shrine inventory? You can always see what you have in storage when you open the menu mid-game. I thank you for your reply, but this is not exactly applicable -- this is not Dark Souls, in which you can only see your storage at a Bonfire.

But never mind, it seems to be a glitch in the game itself; same thing happened when I tried a couple of older save game files -- with less NPCs afflicted with Dragonrot, as not as many had caught it. But the result was the same: I had no Droplets in storage after curing Dragonrot.

I decided to look in the box at the Dilapidated Temple, the one that stores key items you may have missed in the game, and I saw nothing there either. So then I went to the Battlefield Memorial Mob to see if he had any Droplets to sell (I've been getting most of my Droplets from him), and yes, he had one, but it immediately showed my missing Droplets as being in my possession: after buying his Droplet for sale, the rest reappeared. Go figure.

There seems to be some bug in the storage system of the game itself. But it was a relief to not have to redo a sizable portion of the game in case my save file got corrupted somehow.
