Well the thing is with good deflects posture bar doesnt matter
A deflect will always keep posture since even when you have full bar it can only break when you block or get hit but never when you deflect.
So learning deflect timing is the "safe" way in any fight in sekiro
if your posture fills up to quickly and then breaks you have wrong timing,
True corrupted can be cheesed fairly significantly if you so desire. You can insta-kill phase 2 and use fistfuls of ash to cheese phase 3. This leaves phase 1 being the only bit you have to get through. Here’s my fight if it helps.
