Inner isshin

i have a pretty good deflecting skill after many boss training,but when i get to Inner Isshin,i have PTSD every single fight with him, can not do something with his first strike,in phase 2 he swing his sword on his head and perform 3 red attack that i do not know how to deal with it, so i need help, at least how to take him down

idk if its the way youre supposed to do it but i jump over the first attack, deflect as soon as i land for the second attack and then either dodge or mikiri depending on what the final attack is

You have to deflect twice. pull out the umbrella and while its out bless block once to spin it again.
Alternatively you can mist raven it.

In phase 2 jump backwards when he does the new attack, that makes him miss, after that he will follow up either with a wind attack which you can dodge (even forward dodge works if you time it right) or a thrust which you can mikiri.

I just use the raven's feather to dodge the mortal draw at the beginning. Then just continue on as if your fighting the normal isshin. Second phase is where you know already, the new 3 chain attack. Jump to avoid the 危 attack, no need to move any where else. Just press space bar. Then build the muscle memory to deflect the second attack. Third is where he do a thrust or the wind effect attack. Mikir counter the thrust, either deflect the wind attack or dodge. I never time it right since I love deflecting so yeah.

Jump, midair deflect, then dodge forward after landing when he attacks. Doesn't matter if he does the thrust or Dragon Flash, the timing for dodging is the same.

the new special move has 2 forms, one of them you can mikiri, the other you just dodge to the left, pay close attention to the way he moves to determine which form hes going for.
tbh i just run away as far as possible while timing a jump when he does the huge aoe mortal blade swing.
if theres anything that ive learnt from that fight is that you can parry almost any attack he does with the right timing (even the phase 3 wind cross thing and ichimonjis), learning that trivialized the fight for me

For that it depends on your range from him. If you're too close to him, you'll still take a big chunk of damage even if you deflect it.
