Best "Inner" Boss?
I think the best is Inner Father

I think Genichiro is the best one. The new moves make him much less predictable and more fun to fight.

Inner Isshin is kind of meh. The first new move in his first phase certainly looks cool, but there's no way around it except to sprint away as fast as you can. Doesn't really add much to the fight except to lengthen the phase as his posture recovers. The second new move in his first phase is just a variation on a move he already has, just as a faster counter so it ups the required reaction speed. I do like that he can now cancel his attack after sheathing his sword, forces you to pay more attention in this otherwise incredibly predictable phase. The new move in his second/third phases is really cool and fun to avoid, if rather easy to deal with. I wish he'd use it more, though. And ultimately, this fight suffers from the fact that instead of having three new moves available at all times, he only has one new one in the best part of this fight.

Inner Father, the more I do this fight the more I'm beginning to hate it. I like the faster paced and more intense clashes that the new moves create, and if that's all that was added I'd love this. But my problem is that everything else he gains seems to be focused on frustrating the player as much as possible and moving away from the "tough but fair" phrase people use to describe From's difficulty. Specifically, at least two of his new moves completely obscure the player's vision of him so they can't see what he's doing, meaning you have to memorize the timing from getting hit and do it blind. And his mist raven counter is inconsistent. Sometimes it's possible to throw in one extra attack after he uses it and still deflect in time. Sometimes it's not. This is completely random, and it's a problem because stopping your attack fast enough to not throw an extra one after he uses it requires a reaction speed faster than any human has.
Daddy was the hardest boss

Ok, now it's starting to feel like his mist raven counter just has a random chance to ignore your deflect.

I had a harder time getting used to Genichiro's new moveset, though saint sword was also fairly annoying.

Owl was the easiest for me by far.

From the footage I saw online, Father Owl seems to use his new moves the most.

For Genichro, if you stay aggressive on him for the entire fight he usually doesn't throw anything new out. For Isshin, his closing distance is insane with that new move, but once again he doesn't use it often enough for it to make him a bigger threat than he already was.

Inner Owl though, this might be the hardest boss in not just the entire game, but one of the hardest bosses From has made. That Mist Raven move is pure insanity... you have to react in like half a second or you nearly die. His new move where he constantly dissappears and reappears also puts an insane amount of pressure on you from what I saw online. His owl sideways mix-up is also a welcome addition because when the owl came out before, it was a free makiri without any thought, but now it's a 50/50 chance to dodge the right direction, then follow-up (if they alternate).

Overall very pleased with the new boss moves. If they plan to update the game more, some more Inner bosses would be nice (True Monk is one I'm hoping for in particular).

I'm close to giving up on Inner Father. 10 minute fight where a single error will likely result in death and the mist raven feels like it requires you to react in something like 100-200 ms.

I've managed to overcome any challenge this game has thrown at me and killed all but two bosses charmless NG+7 without taking damage, but this feels beyond me.

I really like how genichiro takes takes a fight I could do with my eyes closed and thows a curve ball at me. Having to use my brain again in this fight instead of ninja reflexes memory was very refreshing. Plus the new combat art is my new favourite. Inner Owl took my favourite fight and added some spice making quite fresh. I didn't have to use my brain instead of ninja reflexes, but I do now have to stay on my toes. I think its the best because i'm biased. Ishin should have gotten more changes to his second phase, since although the fist one is quite different, it ends just as fast. I beat him on my second try, because I died to his anime thing in the gauntlet.

the only thing i didnt like is when you die in the fight, you have to go to sculptor and choice the fight again, its not a big deal but it would be better if when you die you already respawn in the fight. When you get rid of kuro charm and use demon bell you die more often.
