So where's the boss rush and boss replay mode?

Don't troll me that it's along with the normal story playing that when you defeat a boss there is an option that you can replay the boss.

Or you have to finish a new 1.05 run to enable it?

I'm on NG+4 under the old update and ready to fight the last boss. The replay of bosses showed up in the sculptor's menu as soon as I sat at the sculptor. I didn't need to replay the game under the 1.05 update. But, when I replayed a boss fight there was no reward or anything. It just asked me if I wanted to leave the fight.
