This is not a huge game though. Definitely quite a bit less content than DS3. Still highly enjoyable.
However, I think you should get both! But I'd recommend buying Sekiro first. It is their latest with new combat gameplay. You will probably enjoy it a lot more, although DS 1 is great too.
Getting 100% would certainly takes over 80 hours though. Hardest achievement imo is to get all the endings and upgrading all your prosthetics. IF you care about getting all the achievements in shortest time possible, then it is necessary to look for guides regarding the hidden ending.
There is a material (lapis something) which is required to upgrade your prosthetics, but only have certain amount of drops per run, so you would still need to do multiple runs anyway if you want to upgrade all the prosthetics. I would go against save scumming unless you felt like you dislike the game after some hours.
And the most boring achievement is getting all skills! I killed the purple ninja in antechamber for like straight 2 hours!
40-50 hours for my first blind playthrough of the normal ending.
5 hours to finish the game and grab the Shura ending (easiest and fastest one to get, learning the new bosses took me some time though).
7 or so hours to get the Restoration ending.
8 or so hours to get the Dragon Homecoming ending (the most tedious ending I've ever had to work for in any video game).
5 hours to farm the rest of the skills I had left to get in the game (the special skill tree has some RIDICULOUSLY expensive skills that cost up to 9 points to get that took me ages to grab).
Its not like Sekiro is worse or lacking gameplay time, its just the way of things and no game should be standing between you and DS1.
