Is enemy damage % based?
Currently on my second playthrough and i thought first 10 bosses/mini bosses will be so easy but then i encountered the ogre and the first time it grabbed me i lost most of my life so the damage they deal must be % based of my max health or is it because of the second playthrough that the damage is adjusted so much that its like i dont have any health upgrade?

enemy damage increases each new game plus cycle up to playthrough #8.

No, it isn't.

**up to playthrough 7

It stops beyond that.

Plus, demon bell adds one NG level to whichever NG level you are at. ( That means demon bell in NG7 and above has no effect )

Playthrough #8 = NG+7

Is the loot drop boost of the bell also a factor of NG cycle?

but if the ogre already does 75% of my life as damage will the bosses kill me instantly since its not posible to further increase the life?

It doesn’t really, you should just call NG+, NG2 in your method.

As far as I know nothing deals percent damage (*maybe* fall damage?), otherwise it would be literally pointless for there to be health upgrades. Also, why would one attack of one enemy mean any attack of future enemies will instakill you? Enemies tend to deal more damage the later you go, and you get more health the later you go, like virtually any game. Very unsure of what you are worried about here.

im currently on New Game+ so i have played it through one time and this is my second run.
on the second run i already have all health upgrades so its not posible to get more health, and since the first enemy already almost kills me and enemys gets stronger the further you get in the game the damage of them increases which cant be compensated anymore by getting more health.

To answer your question OP, the damage is scaled up but not % based. The difference from cycle to cycle isn't very high after playthrough 2, though you will evenually get 1-shot by some of the stronger attacks like the grabs.
You have (presumably) 10 gourd charges and drasticly increased healing, not to mention the health on deathblows, shinobi tools, various skills, combat arts and items to get you through it.
I suggest you start working on your parental issues and become a sugar daddy because those sugars will save you much grief going forward.
