Are Dragon's Blood Droplets finite?
From what I can tell, the shops that sell them dont restock so im not sure if i should be using these to cure the rot, or if i should be hanging on to them to cure people later. Is there any way to get them infinitely?

17 per run. No more.

That said, 17 is a lot. I just use one when I need to continue an NPC quest and I can't because they're sick. I've never gone hunting for them and never run out.
well yes, but i am incredibly bad at this game and have probably died 30 times to Lady Butterfly alone so far.

Just save the cures for when you need to progress some quest line, otherwise dont bother, you can die however much you like, it doesn’t really matter if everyone has dragonrot, since nobody dies to it.

Dragon Rot doesn't actually do anything other then make people cough don't worry about it at all.

I only used three drops in my playthrough.

If you actually need them all then you honestly should retire from video games. An elderly person with carpal tunnel and one hand could probably beat the game without using them all

I'm not saying that in an elitist kind of way, I'm saying it in a "they give you way more than you will ever need and then some" way

For the most part, you should be fine. I'm an elite at dying in this game, and so far they only push dragonrot so much. Save them for when you really need them, like NPC quest and the like. Also buy the coin purses too. That way you can have cash when you need it, just don't open them until you actually need the cash. You should be fine.

Now it's off to die again!
Just hold off using one until either:

1: You want to do a sidequest with a character that currently has dragonrot. Note that a lot of characters that can get dragonrot don’t even have sidequests, such as merchants who lose no functionality as they still let you buy and sell stuff.

2: After just defeating a boss or mini-boss, if many characters have dragonrot and your chances of receiving Unseen Aid have become near-nonexistent.

Use them sparingly and mindfully, and you should have no worry of running out of dragon’s blood droplets.

It's enough. I am currently on ng4+. I have over 30 droplets. I only used them once or twice to cure everyone. You don't need them much tbh. And I now use it to refill my revive energy.

How is I to know when quest lines are stopped?
