Eh, its understandable for me.
I dont mind that option much, though. Not like devs are gonna lose sleep over it, but i'd rather not.
At most, i use those not so ethical methods when i simply want to try out the game, or it is no longer for sale
Go for the young son and his mother and get their bell. Ask the sculptor about it.
Xenophobia? I'd rather have Sengoku Jidai than...obtuse Souls crap. Bloodborne is at least creative, Souls have a tendency to just be obtuse for obtuse sake.
Though build variety, that's a good complaint.
In Sekiro 8% of people who bought the game didn't even get to the point of getting the prosthetic arm. 50% of people gave up after what I assume is the third real boss (Genichiro Ashina) at least going by the achievement completion %.
Like with Dark Souls the people on the forum and reddit saying git gud and actively participating in the community and talking about the game, new game+, etc are definitely the vocal minority. Which is fine, probably better in fact.
I'm waiting for this game to go on for 33%- 50% discount but I dont think I'll be able to wait.
Never read it. What I meant is that I don't like setups like Dark Souls where everything is literally anything. Ok, at least they're serious and dark, could've been worse(see: Divinity Original Sin 1 - now, that's annoying). Nioh, Sekiro, Fallen Order etc all feature direct story, well established characters etc.
Though it is sometimes nice to write your own story. It's just you and the world, imagine everything else. I still prefer well defined, but it's good to sometimes let loose like that.
But it was literally on such a sale over the Christmas. I believe it was 35$, so that makes it...40% discount.
I got it pretty soon after release and got my money worth. 260 hours 😁
You should not wait. I dont think it will be on sale to soon again after xmas sale.
Its interesting, i also only look for achievements to check those things you mention. I'm not there for the achievements. If an achievement doesnt sound fun and tedious i'm likely not go for it. But to see only 30% finish isshin is interesting.
Having a sword or weapon doesn't matter... By that logic, the dual monkey wouldnt be more difficult than the average boss in this game.
