blue screen crash!

my game keeps crashing every now and again, runs perfect for like an hour, then either randomly or when i try to fast travel the game will either just crash to desktop or even a few times i get the blue screen "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart"

urghhh! anyone else had this problem or know what i can start to look at to stop this from happening?

How are your CPU and GPU temperatures looking like?

CPU - 55c - 66%

I5 3570k 4.2 (oc)
Gtx 970
8gb ram

Gave it a good clean out today as alot of dust.
