Should I play Sekiro with a walkthrough?
Hello,
im close to finish Dark Souls 3 and after Dark Souls 3 I want to start with Sekiro.
I played Dark Souls 3 with a full profi walkthrough and now I think im gonna do the same with Sekiro.
But im not 100% sure because I spoiler myself everything. But when I play it without a walkthrough Im gonna miss like 50% of the game. I really wanna see als the Quest, NPCs and Secrets and not just run around without knowing where I need to go.
And I never play a game twice because its boring. So I dont want to play the game without a walkthrough first and then with one.

What do you guys think about playing with a walkthrough?

You won't need it as long as you pay attention to the story , they tell you where to go pretty much

i had all gourds (estus) and i had all the prosthetics (unlockable tools). theres not really much you can miss in this game. there are no undead bone shards you can find in the map or something. you can find tooooons of consumables though and those are super helpful. i missed one main boss that was necessary for an ending but i wasnt really at an underadvantage for it. i had 19 vitality (20 is max) and i was 3 prayer beads away from reaching 20. i didnt miss too much so if you just keep an eye open you'll do just fine

Okay if you say that. I played Sekiro once (9 hours) and I was running around in a city and then I jumped down somewhere right into a cave with some fat magic thing that killed me 1hit.
But I will try it without any videos

You dont need a walkthrough to finish the game.

About DS3 . .you just destroyed a great experience of finding out and understanding everything by yourself.
Just a few things, like the DLCs locations "maybe" would require a walkthrough to find ... only thing really harder to find on your own is Archdragon Peak location.

Btw, what a waste of "gameplay" since you play only once, do yourself a favor and try to enjoy it a bit more by "not" using a walkthrough.

What's the point of playing the game if a random guy will already spoil all the surprises and secrets for you in advance? You are missing the point of a video game imo

AHAHAHAHHAAH
I played Dark Souls 3 first without any walkthrough.
I missed 3 bosses and 2 areas without even noticing it. There are so many thing you dont find if you dont play Ds3 with a walktrought. I just say Darkmoonblade, Namlessking & midir

Im mean I still play the game, I still fight all the enemys and bosses. I just see them in a video first and not in the game.
But when I buy a game for 60 euros I want to find every secret, item or boss. And my problem is that games like Sekiro or Ds3 are very hard to
explore because everything kills you, so you just run and miss a lot.

I played the Witcher 3 and I didnt spoilert me anything because there you can explore and not everything kills you instant

You missed 3 bosses and 2 areas?
2 bosses from Ariandel and 1 boss from Archdragon?
(btw, You may kind of miss Ariandel only if you dont talk to Gael there).

i didnt even played Ashes, i started with Ringed city and gonna buy Ashes now.
In my very first walk I missed the tree, dancer and fire demon (I only played till Pontiff)

Then I started a new game and played everything with a profi walktrought. It was way more fun because I didnt missed anything

I played DS3 as my first sould game, took me 90h to finish the base game first time, 145h to finish with both DLCs and Archdragon Peak defeating all bosses.
Explored everything without checking anything and it was a great experience (that I repeated some 8 or 9 times).
