Sekiro™: Shadows Die Twice
Purification Ending & Demon (spoiler)
I'm working towards Purification Ending in NG+ and am wondering if I kill Isshin Sword Saint before Demon of Hatred, can I still go on to fight Demon or will the story end?

I want to get another Lazulite by killing Demon except thinking of fighting him last this time.

Yes you can do that. You could even properly end the game (by giving Kuro the tears), and watch the ending cutscene and credits, just don't start the next NG+. You can then still do anything you have not done yet, and start the next cycle at the Dilapidated Temple Idol.
I know can do that with Dragon Return Home ending but thought Sekiro sacrifices himself in Purification ending. So, if I die after sacrificing myself, I'm still resurrected to in same NG+?
Yes, its just a cutscene. You are supposed to continue to the next NG+ after it, if you don't do that you already "broke" the story.
Yes, as said above, you can. I confirm it. The game will ask you if you want to start a new play through, simply say no.
Thanks guys. I'm relearning patience fighting Isshin. My posture recovers slower and he hits harder ;)

He is hard, no doubt. Try to learn which attacks to parry and which to evade. He's still a challenge nevertheless.
Btw if you have a problem with your posture getting broken quickly in spite of perfect parries (for example the Long-arm Centipede mini-boss), try using Gokan's sugar or Gokan's spiritfall, using either of them reduces your posture damage by about 33% for 30 seconds, which helps a lot.
Also, keep your HP up, the lower your HP, the faster your posture meter will build. In other words, the same rule applies to you, not only your enemies.
