Divine confetti in the late-game stages? [Possible spoiler]

Normally I'd farm the blue-robed samurai in the castle for the confetti but in the late-game they aren't there, only a few stragglers here and there. Anyone know where I could farm for confetti?

in the late game you should have the signboard that has every shop in the game sell confetti.

After you kill the Corrupt Monk you gain a item that unlocks more goods at those grave digger merchants all over the world, and some of them may have infinite supply.

Only the Thief npc at Ashina Stairway seems to get stocks of infinite crafting materials... Which I kinda screwed up since I spirit Kotaro away to attempt the true ending, and sent that Ashina Samurai guy to the abandon dungeon which he got experimented on.

the information broker also has infinite of the basic materials.

I don't think anyone actually sells the advanced stuff in infinite supply.
