данные сохранения повреждены, мой сейв не запускает, вырубило свет и сейчас ошибка при запуске, как решить? делал проверку кеша, не помогло.

скорее всего никак не решить, ибо сейф битый. Играть с нового и делать бекапы сейва периодически

да но только в этой игре фромов есть облако, мне его вырубать не хочется (

у меня так в dark soul 3 сейфы потерялись, из-за того, что облака не было, а я об этом не знал. Сейчас облако додумались сделать, а толку от него? если в игре всего 1 сейф, который может заглючить и загрузится в облако. Если у них такие проблемы с сейфами, то оставили бы возможность вручную сохранения делать в любом количестве, а так придется бекапами страдать в игре за 2к рублей.

Hey there, sorry to hear that happened to you, but it does sound like it was a lost save due to the game crashing. I'm afraid there isn't anyway to restore that save though if you didn't have cloud based back-ups enabled. Please make sure you enable that by right clicking on the game in your library, going to Properties, Updates, and Steam Cloud on the bottom. You can also manually back-up your saves.

Anyways, I know that doesn't help for the save you already lost, but I hope it helps in the future if you run into anything similar after experiencing a crash.

I had backed up to the cloud, and it was also broken, it seems that crash saves loaded there.

Why is it not possible to make several manual saves in the game?

ребята, для каждой новой игры своя ячейка сохранения в игре, однако по прежнему всего 1 файл сохранений, так что делайте бекапы вручную. Игра вышла настолько сложная, что сохранения ломаются

the game at startup does not compare the save with the cloud, but simply overwrites them when you exit the game. Most likely, it recorded there a broken save after leaving the game.

Just lost my 15 hours of gameplay due to a corrupted save file/ Played every single souls games with 0 issues and BAM.

Thanks for that. We don't have any kind of troubleshooting we can offer I'm afraid, but we've reported this up to see if there is anything that can be done or investigated on the dev side.
