NG+ ?
Is there any point delving into a second playthrough? Is there even a NG+ to this game?

Their are still many things to discovery and secret endings. NG+ is basically playing NG but with slightly higher health enemies and damage but not on the level of DS NG+.

Its equal to playing NG but with all the skills and items you picked up.

I am not noticing any enemy damage or HP increase in NG+, so if that was your main reason to play DS, it's not here.
This game feels like an inferior version of the souls serie in pretty much every aspect of the game.

I dont own the game but i played it on my friend's house. Just because i didn't bought it doesnt mean i can't have a strong and just opinion about the game.
You're not better than anyone else so get down from that high cloud you're sitting on.

Apparently you can ramp up the difficulty once you free Kuro again, but returning him his charm. Also, just use the Bell if you want stupid hard stuff?

I finished the game on my first playthrough with the bell, and I didn't notice any difference.

Enemies are sponges both with and without it, and you die to 1-2 hits regardless.

Also, you actually get Kuro Charm even if you start a completely new game after finishing the game even once. All it seems to do is make damage go through block and make some attacks unblockable. I haven't noticed any increase in damage taken or dealt with or without it.

He pre-empted your "excuse". That means you're not allowed to use it even if it's an entirely valid reason for it.

Well having played a little doesn't tell much about the game, there are many skills you can learn. It's gameplay is way better than dark souls.

It really isn't. There's no variety.

But dark souls had variety gameplay wise? I remember only rolling and blocking

I sincerely hope you took me as seriously as I did.

Yes! You could specialize in shield blocking, parrying or dodge spamming. /s

You had a huge variety of builds. You could be a tank, you could be a high-dex roller, you could be a ranged fighter, you could be a glass-cannon mage.

In Sekiro you're stuck with only 1 weapon and a bunch of useless hands. The only prosthetic that's useful most of the time is fireworks, everything else is too situational (shurikens, axe, fire cannon), or just straight worthless (everything else).

Oh and stealth is useless too most of the time, with its main use being clearing the area of enemies before fighting a miniboss.
