Upgrade vitality and posture to max - how?

So ive beaten the game and ran around the whole place collecting all the beads i could, i have 19 vitality right now, im guessing i need 20. I cant find those remaining beads at all, any tips?

Tried googling but notinhg.

Unless you list where you found all of the prayer beads you have, nobody is going to be able to tell you where to find any of the ones you're missing. Explore and hunt down hidden chests and such. That's about all the help I can personally offer.

There's one in the monks places heading up to the temple, there's like a circle shaped pond with a book and a bead in their I think.
I would have missed this if I didn't remember there was a pool somewhere in that place, so maybe that's one you have missed

So i basicly collected all listed here and some more, but i rly cant recall, if somebody knows of any bead thats not so obvious and could share, ty
