Can you keep playing after you beat it?
I think I am at the last cut scene and I don't want to trigger it if I cant keep playing since you can't in dark souls.

Nah. Once you see one of the Endings it´s over, and you can start a new game + to get another ending

I watched LobosJR beat the final boss yesterday, and he could keep playing after the credits sequence. It appears there's a choice for starting in NG+.
