2. What are you talking about?
Ahem.
I just beat him but man I must say with this game From crossed the line from hard-ish games like dark souls into the weird/stupid super nerd gamer category like some of those platformers or other games that literally just exist to make you pull your hair out. I even beat DS3 on NG7+ and this was just some cheese.
lmao that boss was so easy. I didn't even use firecrackers.
You're playing Sekiro on the PC... you passed that "super nerd" criteria a LONG time ago
Wait... what?
Ah, the good old days when pc gaming meant that you were a big bucktoothed, four eyed nerd
He was not so easy. It took me 3 attempts, but I've gotten gud I guess at perfect blocking at this point in the game. Even tho it took me only 3 attempts I didn't find him til about 14 hrs in. Apparently I've been exploring waaaay off the beaten path. Had I faced him before I found 7 gourd seeds and made 4 prayer necklaces I imaging he'd of taken quite a few more. I'm not saying nerf him, but don't pretend like you having the skill to beat him makes him easy in general. You could say he's so easy for you and maybe me, but most will struggle with him for sure.
Pro tip to others looking at this. This boss is really only challenging on the first 2 phases. During the Lightning phase it's really simple. Just jump during his lighting attack take the hit and spam RB on the fall down. You'll discharge the stored lightining and do about 1/4 of his HP in dmg making it go by super fast.
The entirety of Sekiro is like that. If you're not having fun now, you won't have fun later
No. he was easy. You just have to hold the block, grapple to him when he turns around, slash, and repeat. His second phase doesn't even get any harder.
Looks like you have no idea what the topic is.
The great thing about the fight is that the final stage of the fight is basically like the first stage. The only difference is that some of his attacks are charged with lightning -- which are easily dodged.
Just go in a few times, expecting to die, but with the mindset of learning his attack patterns. It gets better as you keep learning. Once you finish him off, it'll feel super rewarding and you'll feel like a true badass.
