Locked at 30fps. Any fix?

Runs at 60 in 4k but with drops, trying to it at 1440p but it's locked at 30???

Tried Rivia, nivida control panel, triple buffering. Nothing works.

Just apply the patch manually if all you want is fps unlock.

Thanks. I'll try that. I'll ignore the judgy presumptuous posts from people that think the only people trouble shooting this are people playing it on their own Steam accounts or pirates.

I tried that but I was still getting drops to 57 and I am really sensitive to stutter. I have a RTX2080 but it seems resolution is the bottle neck as setting everything to low would still give me drops under at times.

Turn off any streaming functionality from your GPU Drivers.
The game does not like AMD Relive enabled.

It didn't fix the 1440p issue but somehow it fixed my performance at 4k issue?!?!

Love the FOV fix too, +90% was a bit too much for me but I followed the link and changed it to what I prefer and it is running great!

Kind of a shot in the dark here. Are you going to your display over HDMI? I used to have a similar issue where it would allow 4k 60fps with issues and 1440p was stuck at 30fps and I was using an HDMI cable that was to slow. Make sure you cable is at least 18 Gbps.

Pretty sure my HDMI is fine, don't recall the specs but it is a decent one and wasn't cheap. Also all other games are fine at 1440p. Thanks for the suggestion though.
