Game Breaking Bug
I'm experiencing a game breaking bug that is rendering the game unplayable, and I'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions on resolving it.

So yesterday I played the game for about 12 hours throughout the day and did not experience any bugs at all. Today, however, every time I start it up I'm experiencing an issue that leads to a crash. The game appears to play normally at first, but I eventually reach a point where the floor does not load in correctly and is completely transparent. The collision stills exists and I can still walk around, but the floor is invisible. At this point if attempt to fast travel the game soft locks and will not load the area I attempted to fast travel to. It only sits on the loading screen with the loading bar not moving. If I save and quit, the game soft locks upon trying to read my save data. My only option is to Alt+f4, which strangely does not fully close the game. I need to go into task manager and force quit the process. At this point I can start the game up again, but the bug occurs again at some point. I'm at a complete loss as to why this is happening as the game ran fine all day yesterday.

Since I know somebody is going to ask, yes, my drivers and Windows 10 are all up to date and my hardware is as follows

CPU: 4770k @ 3.9 GHz across all cores
GPU: EVGA 2080 Ti XC Ultra
RAM: G.Skill 1600 MHz
MOBO: MSI Z87-GD65
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 1TB

Same happened to me on Hirata Estate around the guarded cave... at first i was like "huh were did the floor go" until I realised the entire cave (?) was invisible. Resotarting the game fixed it tho. Still pretty annoying bug ontop of the other minor issues I have like random FPS drops and wonky camera controls...

So I actually managed to resolve this by having Steam validate the game files. It determined that something 6Gb of files didn't pass validation somehow and reinstalled them. After that I haven't experienced the issue since.

Tried that, did not redownload any files. I think its just a rare bug with the texture streaming.
