I'm dropping from 60 to 45-40 randomly while GPU and CPU hover at about 65-80% and 30-40% respectively (1080ti and i5 8600k) its not a hardware problem, its just the game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess.
Yup, hope they release a patch soon.

On SSD
MY game freezes at random times and only way to stop it is through task manager. Have GTX 980.
checked temps, GPU and CPU all running at 70 degrees. CPU barely passes 40% load.
Open Device manager
Expand the "Software Devices" section
Right click on "Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator"
Select "Disable"
Click ok.
