DS4 doesn't seem to be working
Is it just me or does anyone else have the same issue with the ps4 controller?

Put this in DS4Windows folder, run it as admin then enable Hide DS4 Controller in Settings

Boggles my mind that people still seem to think external tools are needed to get the PS4 controller working for Steam games. Connect your PS4 controller to your pc, go into Steam big picture mode --> settings --> controller settings --> Enable Playstation Configuration Support. You can even fully customize gyro / touchpad controls. If you want to play your game without the big picture mode, go to steam --> view --> settings --> and uncheck "Use the Big Picture Overlay when using a Steam Input enabled controller from the desktop.

I wanted to use my PS4 controller with this game as well, had to do a quick google search and wade through all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ guides that tell you to install all kinds of weird ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ software to get the PS4 controller to work even though it has native windows drivers for years now.

And if you'd read my comment you would've read that you can disable big picture after you've set up the controller. And I wouldn't complain about big picture when previous PS3 controller software was literal Chinese malware that contained ads

We tried playing this at a friends house and could only get it to work with DS4, but the problem was that the character would only walk...
We couldn't run <.<.

I got it up and running within 5 minutes, works for me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah, but it was working in the sense that we could control the character.
But the character would only walk unless we dodged forward first, but then when we stopped and begun moving again he'd just walk again...

I'm actually having this exact problem with my 360 controller. The movement is extremely jittery and I can't move forward reliably, when I can move forward the character only walks and if I change direction in the slightest he will stop.
