have you tried this? http://frondtech.com/sekiro-shadows-die-twice-screen-flickering-black-screen-wrong-resolution-how-to-fix/

I'm having a white screen on startup and crash and it doesnt seem to work for me, but you might have better luck

Sekiro by default selects the integrated Graphics driver to run the game , thats why it takes forever to start and is laggy , go to your nvdia control panel and set the default graphic card for sekiro to be the High Performance Nvdia card ( it may be an AMD card in ur case) , plus edit the graphic config as told in the link , it fixed the problem for me

Any other fixes?

I forgot I made this thread lol So it's happening due to my keyboard. I have a Corsair, K55. If I unplug the keyboard, the game boots up instantly. The latest firmware for that keyboard seems to have fixed it. It happened with other games as well.

Well, I tried everything I could find online. Got it to run for about an hour last night but after 2 hours of tinkering this morning I am done. Refund requested
