Fix for 4k Pink/Magenta Screen
If the game makes your screen pink or magenta when you start it up here is what I did to fix it. I have Nvidia cards so Radeon users may have to fumble around to find the same settings.

1. Open your Nvidia Control Panel.
2. Under Display -> Adjust Desktop Color Settings -> "2. Choose how color is set" click on the radial to "Use NVIDIA settings".

This only temporarily works after I change full-screen to windowed and then back to full-screen. I have to do this every time I boot up the game. The only other game that is affected like this is DMC5 (same temporary fix). All of my other games work perfectly.

Edit: I notice that it goes back to pink if I try to adjust HDR after the temp workaround fix. I had to do the switch between windowed and full-screen to fix it again.

My pc specs:
CPU: Intel i7-8700K @3.70GHz
GPU: GeForce 1080 Ti
PSU: Corsair RM850x
MOBO: Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 8GB 3200MHz (32GB total with 4 sticks of RAM)
OS: Win 10 Pro

My tv:
Samsung Un55ks9500f 2016

Same problem. Fixed temporarily by alt-tabbing out, right-click desktop>display settings, turn on WCG/HDR, then turn it off again, then tab back into game. Have to do this every time I load the game. Very annoying.

Pink screen is usually a miss configuration of monitor/content. Probably u have ur monitor set to standard input, but game in default starts in HDR.

Go to Start game - second screen - HDR OFF.

You are right.Turning off HDR in game was the answer. Thanks
*Strange but my tv has auto HDR - i think its a windows 10 bug or something because i cant enable windows HDR from win10 settings

Turning off HDR was the first thing I did. This does not solve the problem. Still magenta screen on every boot up, with HDR off. Also males no differentce if switching screen between standard and enhanced. Again, one of the first things I tried. I’m an AV professional, so obvious things have already been tried.

You may want to look into replacing your HDMI cable.

I waited until the 2nd patch was released and was still getting magenta screen.

I decided to replace my HDMI cable with 4K rated cable from Amazon and it did the trick. No more ugly pink hue.

I am now having this problem and just bought it :( Running in 1080p with hdr off works with normal colours, but hdr off does nothing if on or off in 4k, its just pink and green if i allt f4 it will keep my PC as weird pink and greens. Not the cable as this has been changed, Samsung TV aswell. Any help?

Try HDR off both in-game settings and tv settings
