i just watched angry joe's video and found out sekiro sells for 60 dollars in the states while mine is freaking 30 lol,that's a pretty sweet deal don't you think considering my ps4 is still showing 60 dollars

Back in the good ol days you'd get stuff like Dawn of War or Freelancer on release for £24.99 brand new. Now it's £44.99 - £49.99 on average just for the basic edition of a game unless a key site has a deal on.
you need someone in another region to login to your steam account and then change your region and address from there.This is what i did to my friend in the uk.
