I got HDR to work (it's not washed out)

I heard reports that HDR looks terrible and washed out for many people. That's what I saw when I initially booted the game. However, I noticed that HDR was on in the game settings, but my monitor's on screen display said that it was off. I don't remember the exact steps I took, but after going back and forth between the game and windows settings, turning HDR on or off for one, then for another, I was eventually able to be in the game with HDR actually on (confirmed by my monitor's on screen display). When that happened, the game no longer looked washed out, and the games HDR looked pretty good.

Also was able to enable HDR and it was gorgeous. But my monitor keeps turning it off, specially during cutscenes. Anyone also had that problem?

There is some kind off problem with HDR . My screen turns purple .Have to keep it off .

Enable it in Windows and then alt tab from the game and then into it as needed.

You don't need to enable it in Windows, just alt tab in and out of the game and it'll be fixed.

Alt tab seems to do the trick for me.
