Massive FPS drops.
Game will be running fine at 60 fps then an enemy will lunge at me and attack and the frames drop to 30 causing the entire game to stutter. Im way over specs at a 1080 Ti and i7 8700 at 1440p. Idk if it's a gsync issue or what but this is unplayable.

Have nivida release any drivers that support the game yet?

Not that I have seen, probably wait and see if that fixes anything.

Only using one. I do have gsync on so maybe Ill turn that off and see if it makes a difference.

I've got a gsync monitor as well and the game runs at like 20 fps. However if I play it on my TV it's 60.

did you leave vsync on in game or bordeless windows. it may force a cap so if you lose 1 frame it goes from 60 to 30 depending on how its set-up.

Yeah to remove the gsync and see if that fixes it or try messing with your settings

Huh..weird...game barely makes a dent in my gpu..fans dont even kick in and I have a custom curve at 40 degrees so idk what's going on here..most poorly optimized game Ive played in a while which is a shame because I like it so far. Hopefully it gets sorted out.

have you try playing at 1920x1080 to see any difference

I'm in a similar situation and I tried all graphics settings, as well as all the other suggestion currently mentioned online. Nothing works.

im getting the same issue. ill be playing butte 60 and then all of a sudden complete freeze of screen and back into game at 60 fps.....wtf man. Anyone got any new ideas besides monitor ? literally utilizing 40-60% of cpu and gpu and getting stutters like this.
Alveriel Mar 21, 2019 @ 6:15pm
i know a lot of game you have to make sure to select your main monitor and it has to match the frame rate. If you have a144hz display, still override and set to 60hz (in control panel), this may help.

I turned off gsync and that seemed to help a bit. Will still dip to 53-55 FPS but its manageable. Will try to lower the res/hz next.

did you try yet my guy?

Do you have nVidia control panel settings configured for max peformance, or max energy savings? Maybe your GPU's being throttled down? If you've gone through the bother of setting custom temp curves then I doubt it, but though I'd mention anyway.
