yes there are plenty of games out there with low storage space and have lots more content than most big games

Dude DS1 was like 8GB and I have 100s of hours in it on multiple platforms.

Right now the game is encrypted, it needs to be unpacked

DS2:SotFS is an 18.1 GB download and objectively has the most content of any past releases by fromsoft ( quality not reflected by quantity, but if you're concerned about gametime don't be)

Lower download size is a good thing. It means the game was optimized and not bloated with 20GB of pre-rendered video.

The largest files in any game are textures and sounds

This game doesn't have the plethora of weapons/spells/armor sets or their corresponding sound effects, it would be no surprise for it to be longer than their previous games even with a smaller dl size
