Lady Butterfly phase 2 killed me

Yo Sekiro fans.

I manage to kill Lady Butterfly so she went to phase 2, but she is insane on phase 2.

Any suggestion to kill her quickly in phase 2?

Stay on her, when she jumps, shuriken. If you have no snap seeds for the illusions, just run around the outside of the arena until she turns them into butterflies, then keep running to avoid being homed in on. Rinse and repeat. Note, this is just my personal method, there may be more suitable ones.

You can use shuriken to get her off her lines and I'd suggest killing the phantoms rather quickly. When she unleashes her barrage I widely circled her (running) and managed to avoid the projectiles that way.

either use snap seeds to eliminate the illusions or run in circles until they are gone.
OR shuriken the living F out of the illusions
or just run in circles until they are gone, but beware that she will cas a huge butterfly ball that will deal a huge amount of damage

Throw ninja stars when she jumps, stay in her face when she lands, block her attacks. If she pops illusions...just run around.

if u understand the mechanic hit/parry and u are aggressive u can kill her without genjutsu / if u cant; during genjutsu just turn around the area or use the item for disapear genjutsu
u can hide behind wall at corner but be care she will come faster after genjutsu disapear and tons of butterfly atacks u .

you can cheese her by doing that lb+rb summersalt attack thing. you can literally just spam it and she cant recover

Aggressive attacks and deflect every attack from her so you can fill up her posture faster. If you don't have snap seed then just run.

the nightwatch on and out can be very helpful here as skill too. Also try to dodge sideways. Every red kanji attack indicates you to jump here and get her poise up

you can beat her in both phases easy by spamming roll then rb alternatingly.

Man its sad that when I first fought her I didn't know how to counter for crap. I'm near the end of the game and I bet I could smash the heck outta her now with no problem. Still fighting the last boss of my ending and still going through the ideas of how to beat him. Just know that this game is extremely fun since it makes you try to think a lot.

Like I cheesed Lady Butterfly and I didn't have much fun that way but know in NG+ I will have a heck of a blast fighting her again since I know how to finally play the game after millions upon millions of dying in dumb and random ways.

Once you kill her phase 1, run up to the back of the room where she spawns for phase 2 and start attacking her once she appears. If you stay on her you can delay her illusion attack for awhile. If she does get the illusions out, snap seed.
