Ungo's Sugar can be farmed?

Like the title. Not that its super necessary but im just curious. I think they dropped from some mobs early on but i might confuse them with some other sugar like stealth sugar by the "rats".

Yup, they drop from certain monks. Ako (red, damage) from the bare fisted ones, Gokan (yellow, posture) from the twin glaive ♥♥♥♥♥, and probably blue from the staff dudes.

A quick google tells me that the Yashariku sugar (lowers health but increases damage) can drop from ghost enemies and the dual wielding monkey bois, but I can't find anything specific on the stealth ones

You can get non-consumable buffs later. Costs emblems, though.

you can get all of these items as reusable items (they cost spirit emblems) from the headless minibosses
