*spoilers* old hag near inner sanctum

now, I marked this as spoilers cause there are some elements that some might consider as such.

So, I'm on the path towards the hidden ending, where you have to jump through some hoops to get it. I got to the point where the inner sanctum's doors are closed, and then I followed the path back inside of the Senpou temple. Just beside that doorway is what appears to be the old hag who wanted rice before, asking if I'd given the divine child the serpent "fruit" and when I said I did, she said she was glad, and then said "over there" and pointed, but I have no idea what she's pointing towards as the bell does the same thing it did before, nothing new. anybody know anything about this?

If you gave her the fruits and she asked you to stay outside, go to the door and eavesdrop on her.

I've already done that part, and the old lady is pointing in the direction away from where the Divine Child resides.
