Helping you to skip/cheese Demon Of Hatred 3rd phase
Some of you may know the boss named "Demon Of Hatred" and that it is the 2nd most difficult enemy in the entire game. Some of you may have struggled with it or are still struggling quite a lot because of how much health the boss has and how much damage it does (lets not forget the broken hit boxes). The boss has 3 stages and the first 2 of them are quite easy because they have almost the same exact move pattern, while the 3rd phase is extremely difficult to handle. Therefore I am giving you a tip of how to skip the 3rd phase.

WHAT YOU NEED:
--Skill to reach the 3rd phase.
--Yashiraku's Sugar.
--Divine Confetti.
--Malcontent

(MALCONTENT IS VERY IMPORTANT) (Fully upgraded version of the whistle finger prosthetic tool, you can get it after defeating the Guardian Ape and a certain Shichimen Warrior)

STRATEGY:
As soon as you reach stage 3 of the boss, run away as far as you can. After the boss sets the whole arena on fire after doing his spinning attack (at the start of the 3rd phase) Consume both the Devine Confetti and Yashiraku's Sugar. The boss is going to charge at you so make sure you dodge and get 2-3 hits. Then use the Malcontent prosthetic tool as it stuns the Demon (works only 3 times). After using it once you are guaranteed to get free 9 hits, then you must use it again as soon as possible. Then keep attacking the boss until it staggers and drops down for a rest. As soon as the Demon starts to get on it's feet use the last whistle of the finger and deal the few final blows.
If by any chance the Demon survives your 3 whistles I'd suggest you keeping a spare revive. Keep in mind that whistling the tool for the 3rd time only gets you 6 free hits and then goes ape♥♥♥♥♥♥smashing the whole arena.

Also take notice of that using Yashiraku's Sugar will immensely reduce your vitality and you're going to get killed in a single hit, so be cautions and don't do any mistakes.

Using the tools you're given to your advantage is not something i would describe as skipping anything. Good tips but yeah using everything you have for one of the toughest bosses is pretty obvious.

Edit: Not to mention the sculptor even says you should make sure to use the finger when the time comes or something to that effect.

Also you can use suzaku's lotus umbrella to completely block all of his fire attacks.

I'd call it skipping because as soon as you start using this "strategy" you can consider the boss being dead since you'll take away the whole of his vitality before he gets a chance to move

Well i disagree. A skip is something else.

Edit: Not undermining the value of your strategy because it's a good strategy just saying using the right terms goes a long way.
